EAPGS Membership Information

FACTS ABOUT EAPGS MEMBERSHIP:

  • A yearly membership of $35.00 covers a calendar year from January 1st to December 31st.
  • Membership renewal notification is sent around the beginning of November via email or in the Winter issue of the NewsJournal.
  • There is a “membership committee” who provide help to New or Renewing members. They may be reached using the email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • If we do not receive your renewal by December 31st, your name will be dropped from the mailing list, the NewsJournal will be discontinued and the "Members Only" site access will be denied. Your membership renewal and up-to-date contact information is your responsibility.
  • To check the status of your membership, look at the date printed near your address on the mailing label of a recent NewsJournal.  This date will indicate the year your membership expires. You can also view your information by logging in and selecting the "My Membership" menu on this website.
  • Once you are a registered member you may update any of your personal information at any time by logging in to the Member site and selecting “Edit Profile”, and updating your information

Membership provides you with:

  • Quarterly issues of the Society’s award-winning publication “The NewsJournal”
  • The online “Official Membership Directory”
  • The opportunity to attend all social functions of the Society (Annual and Regional meetings) and all of the information you need to network and explore your interest in antique glass collecting.
  • Your membership also helps support the EAPGS Member site with its large, searchable database with over 60,000 photos and 7,500 plus pattern descriptions and other valuable information.
  • Membership also supports EAPGS Facebook sponsored groups for discussion and online pattern identification

EAPGS New Membership and Renewals with Donations:

The Board of Trustees is asking members to consider a membership at an elevated dollar value.  The first $35.00 will be your membership fee and the balance will become a donation towards the development and growth of the Society. 

Please consider the BRONZE level of $50 (incl. $35 fee + donation), SILVER at $100, GOLD at $250 or PLATINUM at $500. You will be provided with an emailed acknowledgment/receipt for your donation. The Board takes this opportunity to thank you in advance for your support.

HOW TO APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP:

  1. You may apply for a new membership on this site. 
  2. Payment by Paypal online! The fastest way for an application to be processed is to pay the yearly fee using PayPal. (You do not need a PayPal Account to use your credit card. Just select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. Your payment will then be accepted through PayPal’s Guest Checkout secure website.)
  3. Payment by check online! Complete registration online and mail payment slip with your check made out to EAPGS to our Treasurer at:

  4. You may download a copy of the Membership Form and mail along with your check to the address noted on the application form

HOW TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP:

  1. You may renew a current membership or renew an expired membership on this site. 
  2. Login to Members Website (Logins remain the same for current members) Your current status will be shown on your membership page after successful login. If you have trouble logging in, first try the forgot login option. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact: This email address is being protected from spambots.   3. Renewal are accepted 3 months in advance for the following year and Renewal Options will show then in your Membership Status. You may Renew now at the Regular $35 Membership level or Click "Change My Membership Level"  to select a Membership Level that will include a donation towards the development and growth of the Society. Once you select a level, Click Renew Now to continue to payment.
